RVT development in Hertfordshire

The RVT is supporting the creation of new services offering support and advice to road victims in Hertfordshire.

The RVT is working in collaboration with Hertfordshire residents and a newly appointed Hertfordshire Cordinator, hoping to provide services to road victims in 2009.

As with the RVT currently operating only in Bedfordshire, RVT' s expansion and development into Herts. will be a partnership between the RVT, the county police force and HM Coroner for Hertfordshire. Trustees from Herts who have joined the RVT are Robin Ansell, Chief Superintendent Steve Ottaway, Hertfordshire Constabulary, and Simon Michael. Steve is Project manager of a Joint Collaboration Programme Team of Bedfordshire Police & Hertfordshire Constabulary, and Simon is a Barrister, and past chairman of Bedfordshire Management Committee.

RVT 's development into Herts needs financial and practical support. It you have skills in psychodynamic counselling, experience as a company secretary or accountant, or if you would just like to help support those who have been bereaved on the roads, please contact RVT:-
