The Road Victims Trust still remains the only established organisation in the UK offering a dedicated and complete service supporting the victims of serious road collisions.
Working in unique partnership with the Police and the Coroners Office our demanding work involves many people, not least of which are our professional staff and volunteers. Nationally there is still much work to be done before central governement really does put serious road collision victims at the Centre of its policies, and the Trust is constantly lobbying on behalf of such victims. We are currently endeavouring to factilitate and enable a further Trust, based upon our model of support to victims, to be established in our neighbouring county of Hertfordshire. |
